Using Nestor
By using Nestor, you agree to these terms. Use the app lawfully and only upload images and instructions you have the right to use. You retain your rights to your own content and authorize us and our processing providers to process it to deliver the features you request. Do not use the service for abusive, unlawful, or infringing content or attempt to bypass usage limits.
Design ideas, not construction plans
AI designs, room scores, shopping suggestions, measurements, and budget estimates are illustrative and can be inaccurate. Renderings may change objects, scale, or room geometry. Verify product dimensions, availability, pricing, and suitability independently before buying or making changes. Use qualified professionals for structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety, accessibility, and installation work. Pet and child preferences do not guarantee a safe room.
Your saved work
Your projects are stored locally. Nestor does not provide account-based backup or synchronization. Export important designs before deleting the app or resetting its data. AI results may not be unique and third-party rights may apply. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using, sharing, or publishing it.
Availability and limits
AI features require an internet connection and permission for AI processing. Free includes Stylist advice and room planning. Generating or editing images, including Stylist visualizations, requires an active Nestor Pro subscription. Pro also includes room audits and palette analyses. Usage limits apply and reset periodically. You will be notified when a limit is reached. Failed AI operations return their reservation when the usage service is available; a completed operation may still count toward usage if your connection is interrupted. Safety checks, maintenance, and temporary outages may affect availability. Saved projects and style browsing remain accessible without a subscription.
Nestor Pro subscriptions
Nestor Pro is available as a weekly or quarterly (three-month) auto-renewing subscription. Both plans provide the same features and allowances. The price and billing period shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation apply in your storefront and currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Your plan automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage, change, or cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions or through Settings → Manage subscription in Nestor. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account on a new device; local projects do not transfer. No free trial is currently offered. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Nestor is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for decisions about construction, purchases, or installation made solely on the basis of an AI suggestion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including protections applicable in your country.
Apple and third-party services
Apple is not a party to these terms and does not provide support for Nestor. App distribution is also subject to Apple’s applicable standard end-user license agreement. BytePlus and Kie.ai AI processing is described in our privacy policy. External stores and websites have their own policies and terms; a search link is not a guarantee or an endorsement of any particular product.
